This season our rather colourful uniforms are supplied by The North Face. And as well as being nice and bright so you don’t lose us on the slopes, Kent has explained to us that they are really well designed and made from top end Goretex® which means we stay nice and dry even when the weather is absolutely horrible.
The Pub Mont Fort is a legendary place to go in Verbier and has a rather fond place in our hearts – not only did Kent and Jenny both work there (and they still sometimes step in to work the odd shift) but it really is part of the very fabric of the town.
And as well as offering some pretty impressive apres ski, they also deliver the best burgers (and now curries) in resort. No visit to Verbier would be complete without a visit. Or several.
Electric make a huge range of goggles and sunglasses, including a pair of goggles which Guy claims have such amazing peripheral vision you can see the back of your own head.
But not only do they create eyewear so large that household objects go into orbit around them, they also have an amazing range of styles and lenses. Some are so outrageous not even Kent can wear them in public…

Plus there are all the latest skiing and mountain news stories as well as videos from the slopes. So whatever you want to know about Verbier (or anywhere else for that matter) then have a look around.

A brilliant introduction last season, Karting Extreme Verbier has been a massive hit in town. Not only can you race around the ice rink but they also build a race track in the snow complete with floodlights and banked corners where you can really put these electric karts through their paces. We’ve tried it and loved it – see our blog.
But it’s not just for adults, the karts rather cleverly come with speed limiters so even little ones can get stuck in and race each other. Oh, and we’ve sponsored one of the Karts which sports the dashing Kermit the frog colour scheme of last season’s ski school uniform (we didn’t think the world was ready for an orange and pink kart).
