A bit about Paul:

I grew up in a small ski resort, in between France and Switzerland, it’s known for its cross country skiing and ski jumping!  After finishing chef school, I decided to travel across New Zealand and Australia, New Zealand for the skiing and surfing, and in Australia, I worked in a surfshop… After heading back to Europe, I decided to head back to the mountains – finally landing here in Verbier! There’s always something new to discover here, even after so many years!

I’m now based in Verbier year round – Winters for the freeride and ski touring, and summers for the hiking and road cycling. But even in summer, I still search for the cold, hiking as many of the 3000m+ peaks as I can!
