There’s a reason things have been quiet on the Verbier blog front. It’s because things have been quiet in Verbier full-stop. But now there are more humans in town and it’s all gearing up for summer season.
So The Powers That Be have decided it’s time to add some art. And they have clearly been watching Alice in Wonderland or listening to too much Velvet Underground, because this is what they’ve built.

Yes, just as everyone is starting to trot out their shorts and get sunburnt, the weather has turned rather iffy and it’s throwing down snow.
Now, I’m in Austria right now, but the news from Verbier is snow up top but not in the resort. But I’m not too worried as there are forecasts for as much as a meter of fresh on the glacier here in Hintertux so a soggy Verbier doesn’t worry me too much…

Yes, every year the lovely people at CK go on a trip somewhere (secret) and have a ski and a bit of a party. And somehow at least a few of us from Performance sneak onto the bus and join in…
This season the Swiss resort of Saas Fee was the lucky venue and the CK team didn’t disappoint…
OK, if you don’t care about the weather this is a dull 46 seconds, but yesterday there was a massive hale storm and the hale-stones were like marbles fired out of the sky so hard they hurt your head.
Anyway, I thought it was quite interesting…
