Yes, the news we’ve been waiting for – snow is forecast for verbier and we *should* have a decent dump of fresh for Christmas.

So depending on which snow report you read, Verbier is getting between 20 and 30 centimeters over the next 48 hours. Not exactly a frightening storm but much needed and a decent enough fall.

In other news the Verbier pistes are still open up too but the itineraries are closed. Hopefully this fall will change that. The 4 Valleys connections are open as is the Mont Fort Sector.

The new Bruson lift has also started rolling but the Bruson pistes remain shut waiting for new snow to open them up. Fingers crossed again.

Finally the top lift at Savoleyres is now open and although it’s not a huge ski area the pistes are quiet and in great condition with no queues so all good. And that’s where we are right now. Looks alright eh?
