Any amendments made to the booking will be subject to our cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If subsequent sessions are booked during the client's stay in resort, they will be under the same terms and conditions as above.

Conditions beyond our control

Performance Verbier will not be liable for adverse weather conditions, breakdowns of mechanical installations or any other incidents beyond the company's control. Fees for lessons with Performance Verbier will be reimbursed on a pro rata daily basis in the event of the complete closure of the Verbier and Bruson lift systems.

Off-piste

On occasion your instructor might include some off-piste skiing away from the piste markers. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to ski off-piste and that you have the appropriate avalanche safety equipment. If you are in doubt, please consult your instructor for advice.

Lateness

Our coaches will wait 30 minutes for clients and, unless a call has been made to the office or instructor within this time, the client will forfeit the day's session.

Skiing and snowboarding are hazardous activities. Powder Extreme SARL (and its brands Performance Verbier and VIVID snowboarding) does not accept any liability for accidents that happen during lessons or other company organised events. In addition, clients are responsible for advising of any injury, fitness or health related issues before the start of the lesson.
