How Roger teachesI like to explain the “why” behind what we do, so my clients understand their movements and the reason behind them—not simply follow instructions. My goal is to help them ski with more confidence and understanding.

Born and raised in the heart of Barcelona, I was lucky to grow up with the mountains always close to my heart. My parents taught me to ski when I was just three years old, and from then on, winter meant heading to the mountains whenever we could.

It wasn't until I was 18, while studying Mountain Guiding, that I realised skiing could become much more than a hobby. During a three-day ski trip, I discovered the world of ski instruction and immediately fell in love with the lifestyle, the people, and the mountains.

The following year, I completed my Level 1 ski instructor qualification and moved from Barcelona to the Catalan Pyrenees. Since then, I also finished my Level 2 and I've spent five seasons skiing and teaching in Catalonia, as well as one season in Switzerland.

When the snow disappears, I'm still drawn to the mountains through cycling, climbing, and everything that comes with mountain life. For me, teaching is the opportunity to share that passion, connecting with people, and helping them discover the mountains in their own way.
